Le Puy to Saint Private D'Allier 24kms 657m up

We are doing this walk with support. U Tracks has booked our accommodation for each night and transports 1 bag each from one Auberge to the next. We walk with a day pack and a couple of kilos of water. We look forward to buying food along the way when we can. Breakfast is simple but delicious Today's lunch stop was a bit late, at 19kms but we reached it before 1pm due to our 7.45 set off.
Clare was hungry. Her blue cheese and lettuce rollllll was just the thing. I had green lentil salad, very 👍.
You' think all we do is eat.
We reached our nights stop about 3 and crashed for an hour before doing some washing and then going to the pub for a hard earned.
Dinner is supplied each night. We translated the menu whilst we drank.
